Roles & Responsibilities:-
 Writing easy-to-understand online help and developer guides.
 Working with internal teams to examine an in-depth knowledge of the product and the documentation requirements.
 Produce& maintain high-quality documentation that meets our standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Skills & Experience:-
 3+ years of experience in technical writing.
 Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
 Excellent written & verbal skills.
 Ability to utilize multiple desktop publishing and video/still-image editing programs.
 Proficient with RoboHelp software.
 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
 Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
 Knowledge of MediaWiki,Microsoft Visio,Powtoon,Adobe RoboHelp(Preferred)
